ContouR+ Single Axis Tracker

The SUNSTRUK ContouR+ Single Axis Tracker is a cost effective long term solar solution. A horizontal azimuth tracker, capable of contour tracking the sun both along and between rows (up to 60 modules per row and 32 rows wide). SUNSTRUK’s unique design forms a mass balanced system, reducing wear and tear and self-consumption and the round bearer beams allow for better torsion.

ContouR+ Balance Tracker

The SUNSTRUK ContouR+ Balance Tracker is a cost effective long term solar solution in development that aims at improving the mass balanced system of the single row tracker. A horizontal azimuth tracker, capable of contour tracking the sun both along and between rows (up to 90 modules per row). SUNSTRUK ’s unique design forms a mass balanced system, reducing wear and tear and self-consumption and the round bearer beams allow for better torsion.

FIXED TILT

SUNSTRUK purpose design and manufacture an extensive range of ground mounted steel structures for the installation of PV Modules. All structures are available with HDG or Z275 pre-galvanized coatings. Structures are seamlessly joined to create longer and more cost effective rows (up to 200m) and allow for both expansion and contour following. The ContouR+ products mount on the trusted PiA Solar Anchor range and have been utilised in over 400MW of solar installations throughout Africa.

CARPORTS

The SUNSTRUK carport system, designed to be light weight and cost effective, can be supplied for both north facing north entry or north facing south entry. Both single (housing 2 vehicles) and double carports accommodate modules directly mounted to the structure or with roof sheets and are certified for a 5-10° tilt angle and 5m width between posts. All structures are supplied with an HDG (hot dipped galvanizing) finish.

KlipLock Clamps

The SUNSTRUK Solar KlipLock Clamp, a cost effective solution for mounting solar structures and general hardware onto KlipLock Roof Sheeting, is designed to suit both purlin and purlinless installations. It clamps to the roof sheet using an M10 caphead which locks it to the other side of the roof sheet and can be ordered for three different mounting options.

The SUNSTRUK Solar CraftLock Clamp, a cost effective solution for mounting solar structures and general hardware onto CraftLock Roof Sheeting, is designed to suit both purlin and purlinless installations. It clamps to the roof sheet using an M10 caphead which locks it to the other side of the roof sheet and can be ordered for three different mounting configurations.

Brown Built Clamps

The SUNSTRUK Solar Brown Built Clamp, a cost effective solution for mounting solar structures and general hardware onto Brown Bui Roof Sheeting, is designed to suit both purlin and purlinless installations. It clamps to the roof sheet using an M10 caphead which locks it to the other side of the roof sheet and can be ordered for three different mounting configurations.

IBR Clamps

The SUNSTRUK Solar IBR Clamp is a cost effective solution for mounting solar structures and general hardware onto IBR Roof Sheeting, which requires penetration of the roof to secure structures, as does corrugated sheeting. The IBR Mounting Hardware is designed to suit both purlin and purlinless installations.

Corrugated Clamps

A corrugated iron roof requires penetration of the roof to secure structures, as does IBR sheeting. The SUNSTRUK Solar Corrugated Clamp is designed to suit both purlin and purlinless installations and offers two innovative mounting solutions in one clamp; mounted directly onto the roof purlin or anywhere on the roof sheet using 4 x M6 self-tapping capheads.

Tiled Roof Mounting

The tiled roof bracket is designed for simple, fast installation, providing a secure and safe mounting system. The brackets are manufactured from HDG steel to ISO 1461 minimal 55µmm and are designed to mount with both the SUNSTRUK Solar Top Hat Purlins and Unistrut.

Ballast Roof Mounting

The SUNSTRUK Solar’s ballast roof mounting system, is modular in design and can be supplied as a ready to install kit. The tilt brackets allow the angle to vary from 0° to 30°. Each kit is tailored to suit a client’s specifications.
